What was the objective?

Like many other organizations, Signetbreedband, part of team.blue, which operates in Europe, conducts an annual employee satisfaction survey. Important components of this survey are engagement and favourability (in the form of NPS). The results of such an ESS are useful, but also one-dimensional: what is behind the answers, and how do you connect the right actions to this?
Signetbreedband already took on this challenge very energetically, namely by discussing the results in a focus group. But still; how do you involve the entire organization? With the results of the ESS and the advice from the focus group, they decided to use Civinc to discuss the most important topics with everyone, and to get a grip on the action points. During the hybrid quarterly meeting, everyone could participate in the Civinc session.
“The MT does not provide enough space and opportunities for input into their plans and activities” and “There is an island culture within the organization, in which we are mainly focused on ourselves”, are two of the statements discussed by 35 colleagues from Arnhem and Eindhoven. With AI, we were able to uncover the undercurrent surrounding development opportunities, responsiveness of leadership and general communication.

Based on these outcomes, the MT was able to take targeted actions. These actions were communicated directly to the entire team for the sake of transparency and effectiveness. In this way, Civinc contributes to effective, full-circle employee engagement.
