Using Civinc’s platform, employees can engage in conversations in a new and innovative way on a wide range of topics, such as workplace culture, strategic choices, and big transformations. Through anonymous one-on-one chats, colleagues enter into dialogue—specifically with someone who thinks differently. This leads to greater understanding of each other’s viewpoints and gives PLUS deeper insight into what truly lives within the organization.
The collaboration is part of PLUS’s broader ambition to be an inclusive, engaged, and forward-looking organization. The results and insights from the dialogue platform aim to better align policies and decision-making with the people within the company.
